Hata Yoga
classes taught by Rocci Mott

Hata yoga is a gentle way to ease yourself into a yoga practice. Classes have been ongoing for two years and are open to students of all levels who have a desire to learn from the beginning or advance their practice. Classes are infused with emphasis on controlled body placement using blocks, straps and blankets, making it accessible to people with various fitness levels. Some classes emphasize breath with tiny deep movements called Vini yoga. The poses are more like long, deep stretches geared to what a student can do in that moment. For the more advanced student, we incorporate Vinyasana yoga which emphasizes strength and flexibility.

Cost: Free for Members of Reflexions
           Non-members $5.00 per class
Location: Reflexions Ladies' Gym, located at 303 Creek NE, Yelm, Wa. (behind the Yelm Post Office).

Suggestions for the classes:  Eat light 1 1/2 hours before class, bring a water bottle and your own personal yoga mat. We do have extra mats and blankets, blocks and straps.
